Accessing your Records

If you would like to access your records that Engage Abilities currently holds, please complete the ‘Contact’ form above. In the ‘Subject’ please address your request for access to the Engage Abilities Governance & Compliance Manager.

The Engage Abilities Governance & Compliance Manager will be in contact with you within five (5) business days to arrange for you to access your records.

Complaints

Engage Abilities welcomes your feedback and complaints. Without them we won’t know what is working well and what needs to be addressed.

You can provide feedback, or make a complaint, by phone, in person at our Head Office or by submitting the ‘Contact’ form above.

If you submit a compliant, Engage Abilities will investigate and will contact you to provide you with an outcome.

If you are not happy with the outcome, you may make a further complaint about Engage Abilities to the NDIS Commission through the contact details below:
